If you are in or near Bodrum don't miss out on the Cheese Festival.
Head off to Oasis Shopping Mall to taste cheese, cream, butter and yogurt from all over Turkey
Bodrum Mayor, Mehmet Kocadon, was there this afternoon (and so was I, but I'll spare you the selfie)
Better still, learn to make cheese at home - there is a workshop open to the public.
Download the festival program here:
Slow Cheese Program 2nd to 5th March and spend the rest of the week-end being cheesy.
B to B,
ReplyDeleteGourmet wine and now cheese! Bodrum is getting awfully yummy. Afiyet olsun.
Köyceğiz is in the process of becoming a Slow City so we have these delights to look forward to - the sooner the better!
ReplyDeleteDelish!
ReplyDeleteHow neat is that, another plus for Bodrum!! So happy to see all these, enjoy for us too, Ozlem xxx
ReplyDeleteCaught up at last! It's December since I last commented on your blog, Annie, even though I read most of your posts on my mobile. I was delighted to see your comment on my own just today - thank you!
ReplyDeleteI am in awe of all that goes on in Bodrum...and how much you do despite your claims of procrastination and the like. The colours of your photos are wonderful and invigorating to see and I am more in love with Jake (and not a tad envious that he's such a sociable chap, unlike Pip!) with every snap. You can tell him my favourite is definitely the one in the raincoat. Olive oil, wine, cheese ...we are lucky in where we live. Axxx
