I was very happy to receive a blog award from Ayak http://ayak-turkishdelight.blogspot.com/ today. I've had a good look at her site, and despite her detailed instructions, I can't put my award on the side of the page. So it will have pride of place on a post of it's own. I also now have another good reason to invite Ayak to visit when she's in Bodrum.

ReplyDeleteOK let's have an other go. Go to your Dashboard and click on the Design page. On the right hand side click on Add a Gadget. Scroll down and click on Picture. When the box opens just write something in the Caption box, like "from Ayak, March 2012". Ignore everything else, Tick "from your computer" click on "browse" and find your pic of the award (assuming you now have it on your pc). Click on your pic and open and it will appear in the box. Go to the bottom and click save. It should then appear on your sidebar, and you can then drag it to wherever you want it to be..then click save at the top of the design page.
If this doesn't work I'll come over sometime and help you sort it!
Ayak- Some success! I've got it on to the bottom of the page. It doesn't want to move anywhere else. Looking forward to your visit to Bodrum.
ReplyDeleteWell that's a start! If you go back to the design page and left click on the little box containing the pic. Hold down the left click and you can then move it to where you want it. Then go to the top of the page and click on Save.
