We are so sorry about Zeytin's death. Please convey our condolences to your neighbor. We are real dog people - there's no greater friend - and your Jake looks like he'll be a wonderful pal. But dogs being dogs, they just love trash - some breeds more than others. So we hope your neighbors don't blame themselves too much.
sad news....when I saw the title of your post today I hope it was that the fly tippers had been caught. Really sorry to hear this. J.
Hello:We are so very sad to hear this news.
Sorry to hear! My condolences :(
I read your earlier posting about Zeytin and now this one, telling us that he died from ingesting poison left out by someone careless and unthoughtful. I truly can't understand why so many people do not care about the animal with whom we inhabit this planet.Does your friend have a Kindle? The reason I ask is because a book that was given to me by Dulcy, the cat with whom I lived for 17 1/2 years, can now be downloaded--for today only--for free. It's entitled "A Cat's Life: Dulcy's Story." Many dog lovers have read it and told me that it so speaks to them of their own relationships with dogs. It's about that relationship and the love we share. It's helped many people who are grieving the loss of a pet. Peace.
I bet the person that carelessly threw away the poison didn't give one second thought to the consequences. Look forward to reading Dee's / Dulcy's story
Dreadful.Careless, thoughtless bloody people. I'd like to feed it to them.
So sorry to hear that poor sweet Zeytin has passed away. Really so sad.... Thoughtless and careless people who threw that away without any mind or second thought, well I hope that karma catches up to them. Thank you for updating us because I was actually wondering how the poor thing was getting along.
Very sad and all too common.
